If your computer shows a security warning

Windows may display “Windows protected your PC” — click More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, right-click the app and choose Open. This is normal for software distributed outside the app stores.

After installing

  1. Open MaxDesk. It connects automatically — there is no server address or key to enter.
  2. On a Mac, allow Screen Recording when prompted, then reopen the app.
  3. Send us the ID shown in the app and we can connect.
